Please read these terms carefully before using our website or registering for any fivesixfive event.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the fivesixfive website (fivesixfive.co), registering for any conference, or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or complete a registration.

2. Conference Registration & Tickets

  • All conference registrations are subject to availability.
  • A registration is confirmed only when payment has been verified by our system (Paystack payment confirmation or bank transfer clearance).
  • Each ticket is personal and non-transferable unless a transfer is approved by fivesixfive. Ticket transfer requests must be submitted via the attendee dashboard or by contacting values@fivesixfive.co.
  • Group registrations are binding once submitted. The Authorized Representative is responsible for the accuracy of delegate details.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of applicable VAT/levies unless stated otherwise.
  • Invoice amounts are calculated as: ticket price + applicable VAT/levies. A detailed breakdown (subtotal, tax, total) is shown before payment.
  • Group discounts are applied automatically when the delegate count meets the published threshold. Discounts cannot be combined.
  • Payments are processed securely via Paystack (card, mobile money) or by bank transfer against a pro-forma invoice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • More than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
  • 15–30 days before the event: 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days before the event: No refund. Ticket may be transferred to another delegate subject to approval.
  • Refund requests must be sent to values@fivesixfive.co with your registration number.
  • fivesixfive reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, registrants will be offered a full refund or transfer to the rescheduled date.

5. User Accounts & Data

  • Account creation is managed via Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You may delete your account at any time via the “Delete my account” option. This removes your data from our systems (see our Privacy Policy for details).
  • We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of fivesixfive or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

fivesixfive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or attendance at any event. Our total liability in connection with any conference registration shall not exceed the amount you paid for that registration.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
